Q. Before I put my home on the market, what can I do to help achieve the best sales price?
A. I can advise you with regard to any changes that need to be made to your home to make it as competitive as possible. It may be; painting a room; rearranging furniture; improving curb appeal, or just clearing out those closets & excess furniture. They know what a buyer is looking for and the importance of a first impression.
Q. My neighbor’s house sold very quickly and for a great price. I know what I would like to sell my house for but am I being realistic in today’s market?
A. I constantly keep up with the inventory of both resale and new homes. I will prepare for you a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis), which will help you to determine the best list price for your home. My goal is to get you the best price in the least amount of time.
Q. Should I interview more than one realtor?
A. Absolutely!!! Not all realtors are created equal. It is important that you choose an agent with whom you can develop a relationship and with whom you feel comfortable. Someone you can trust and who will use advanced techniques and aids in marketing your home. Selecting a listing agent who agrees to list at a high price is not in your best interest, however.
Q. My spouse’s employer is using a relocation company and they have given us a list of agents. Can we choose our own agent?
A. Yes. I have extensive experience in working with relocation companies and helping families move both nationally and internationally. Please introduce us to your relocation counselor and we’ll take it from there. Your counselor may not know me or have me on “their list”, however, chances are I have already successfully worked with your relocation company. The counselor wants to ensure you are not selecting a relative or a new agent who is not familiar with the relocation process or fees that we are required to pay.

Q. What marketing will you do to get my home noticed and sold?
A. I will prepare for you a ‘Marketing Plan’ that will include extensive internet marketing on a multitude of web sites, virtual tours, in house color brochures, social media marketing, a YouTube site and a Single Property Website for your own home. We also send out eflyers to local Realtors making them aware of your listing.
Q. We would like to stay in the area but need a larger home. Can you help us in selling and buying a home?
A. Definitely!!! By using one agent for both transactions, the coordination of your move will be much smoother, less stressful and may benefit you financially.
